• October 7, 2026: All six articles were rewritten and checked against NHS, CDC, FDA and first-aid guidance, and now end with a "Where this comes from" section.
• October 7, 2026: Guides were reviewed against published guidance and updated where needed.
• October 7, 2026: Added four printable and tickable tools: a symptom diary, a questions-for-your-clinician checklist, a home first aid kit checklist and an emergency warning signs reference. None of them diagnoses, scores or assesses anything.
• October 7, 2026: Rewrote the Tools and Start here pages to point to the real tools and guides, and updated the About page.
